By using Spark atomic emission spectrometer, Plasma spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Optical microscopy and SEM, the changes of composition and microstructure were measured. By using Tensile specimen machine and Vickers hardness tester, mechanical properties were measured.
用火花原子放射光谱仪、等离子体光谱仪、X-Ray衍射仪、金相显微镜、场发射扫描电镜等手段测定了试样成份、显微组织和结构,用拉伸试样机、维氏硬度计测定了试样的力学性能。
